Technology

8MM

Saucony 8mm Technology

Cushioning is distributed more evenly between the heel and forefoot in shoes with an 8mm offset. The result? Your body stays in a more balanced and comfortable position with every foot strike.

FLEXFILM

Saucony Flexfilm Technology

A strong, lightweight material is melded to the upper, which allows for fewer layers in the shoe. The result is a seamless, flexible feel.

TRI-FLEX

Saucony TriFlex Technology

Increases force dispersion over a greater surface area while also delivering optimal flexibility and traction.

Color Bleeds on Socks The shoe fits true to size and is very comfortable...my only complaint is that the red dye on the inside of my shoe bleeds onto my socks when i run. I purchased the gray/navy/red colorway and now I have several pairs of pink Experia socks due to the bleeding of the dye onto the shoe when i run.

The shoe you’ve been searching for... This is a fantastic shoe from front to back, top to bottom. A real, “Runner’s” running shoe. I was searching for a good all around shoe with no particular frills, but merely solid all around performance. A shoe that I could put on, and forget it was there...whilst also helping me through those tough miles ahead. I found that in the Guide 10. I’m extremely happy with my purchase. First pair of Saucony’s, and many more to come based on my initial results!

Total Dissapoinment I love Saucony Guide 7, is the best shoe I ever had. Cushioning of that Guide 7 is perfect for me, I still use my old pair with still excelent response. Guide 10 everrun is too soft and plushy, it felt like two pillows tied to my feet. I suffer metatarsalgia just after 4 miles of usage. Cushioning is so poor, I really miss the powergrid cushioning system of my old Guide 7, I really like another pair of Guide 7 but is hard to find.

Very bad cushioning on the ankle At first the Saucony Guide 10 was ok to begin with but due to severe rubbing to an athlete's ankles which also injured an athlete who likes to get the very best out of a running shoe. The Guide 10 was ok to run 5-10k in but I wouldn't recommend it for long distances until you improve the cushioning for the ankles and also the crash barrier, and make it slightly heavier to run in.

This shoe is awesome Don't let the overall look of this shoe fool you. It may look big and clunky for some but this is by far the most comfortable and reassuringly responsive running shoe I have ever use
