Only lasted 2 months Used the shoe for high school cross country. Near the end of the season the material on the outside edge by pinky tow started to rip. Rip kept getting bigger.

Nice shoe and good grip but feels loose and big by about 1/2 size I have never owned a pair of spikes for cross country, but these have helped for sure. On the course that many of my races are held at, it has a large hill that after some rain is very hard to go up, but I found these have enough grip that they can catch the ground and keep your energy flow efficient. For pro's I would say they grip well and the 6 pin is really nice. As for con's, first off the laces that they come with are unnecessarily long. Second the shoes don't feel secure because it sizes about 1/2 larger, you can feel this in the toe box the most. also, This isn't really a con but if you heel strike or a rock sticking out hits the back of the shoe, you will feel it.
