Nice shoe with heal issue I have been running in the Kinvaras for the past 5 years. I'm sure the lightweight feel and design of the shoes. That's why I keep buying them. My biggest complaint is the wear of the shoe. The inside he'll portion of the shoe tends to develop a hole in the wall of the shoe. In addition the outside of the shoe can start to develop small tears after extended usage.

Just an awesome shoe I train for triathlons and put quite a few kilometers on my shoes. The Kinvara 7 are my go-to shoes because of their comfort, durability and their light weight. They seem to be lasting much longer that the Knivara 5 and I am guessing Saucony has made some great improvements in the toe area. The fit is superb and lots of room in the toe box.

A Perfect Trainer I first bought these shoes because Duane Solomon ran cross country and track at my highschool and they are his favorite shoes. I figured because I have the same high school coach, train on the same track, and on the same trails I had to like them. I race everything from the 110yd to 2mi in track and the 3mi in cross country. Although I opt for a pair of spikes or flats when I race I train in the Kinvaras everyday. During preseason training when I'm running more long and tempo runs the shoes are durable enough to handle the millage. During the season I do more intervals than anything and the shoes are firm and responsive enough to hit my times on the track. I've had no problems with these shoes and have to say my favorite thing about them is the wider toebox. I've ran just under 233mi in the shoes and I look forward to running another 67mi in them before I hop into the 8s.

Fit and lack of response from customer service I have run on Kinvara 5 6 7 and a second pair of 7s ....they fit tight the toe box jams my toes together creating hot spots ....so painful I have to stop my run. I purchased this pair online I live in Hamilton Ontario and Purolator delivers with only one attemtp and then I had to drive 20 miles and 45 minutes to pickup my shoes that don't fit. When I contacted customer service I was told they would step up never heard back when I messaged customer service again no response. I am now running and ttrying and new manufacturer as Saucont could care less.

Miss the wide width I've always loved the Kinvara but since I can no longer get them in a wide I've had to find another race shoe. I still train in the Triumph and would love to get to race in the Kinvara but unless they start making them in the wide again I'm out of luck!! Please go back to making them in a wide width. Please Dean
