Terrible quality, even worse customer service I have purchased saucony for my son a previous time and the product was great! That's is not the case with our most recent purchase. My son has worn these LESS than a MONTH and they look years old, they are deteriorating so quickly he already needs new shoes. I wanted to give the company the benefit of the doubt because I love the wide fit, and style, but I was given the run around with a we might "possibly" exchange them. Emphasis was put on possibly. I was not offered a new pair while they examined these shoes for a "possible" exchange. Oh and I have to go to the post office to ship them to the company, one more thing on my to do list(great). I feel so cheated and scammed! These shoes are way too exspensivse to be this much of a hassle. My son needs new shoes every 3-6 months because of how quickly he grows. Parents, save yourself heartache, money, and time. Buy from a company that cares more about their customers. My customer service representative was named Jason, he hardly tried to please me.
