Technology

8MM

Saucony 8mm Technology

Cushioning is distributed more evenly between the heel and forefoot in shoes with an 8mm offset. The result? Your body stays in a more balanced and comfortable position with every foot strike.

EVERUN

Saucony EVERUN Technology

A breakthrough in cushioning. Livelier and more responsive, with smoother landings and stronger takeoff.

FLEXFILM

Saucony Flexfilm Technology

A strong, lightweight material is melded to the upper, which allows for fewer layers in the shoe. The result is a seamless, flexible feel.

TRI-FLEX

Saucony TriFlex Technology

Increases force dispersion over a greater surface area while also delivering optimal flexibility and traction.

Guide 10 Infograph

Cushioning

The underfoot feel and amount of impact protection provided by the compressing materials between the foot and running surface.

Support

The level of pronation control built into the shoe. Pronation is the inward rolling of the ankle through the gait cycle.

Offset

The difference in height between the heel thickness and forefoot thickness of the shoe.

Comfort Mile after Mile I have been wearing the Guide for the past 3 models and the 10 is the best yet. I run the majority of my miles in these shoes (which during the winter can be 80-100) a week, but I've never had an uncomfortable run.

This shoe is awesome Don't let the overall look of this shoe fool you. It may look big and clunky for some but this is by far the most comfortable and reassuringly responsive running shoe I have ever use

Wish I had tried earlier I am just getting back into running. I have been logging the miles in my Merrell shoes and was beginning to experience horrible ankle. A trip to the local running store and a gait analysis later marked the issue over as over pronation. Several shoes and brands we're placed in front of me. I tried the Hokas but, the cushioning was too soft. As soon as I put the Saucony guides on I felt the perfect match. I just ran 8.3 miles in these shoes today and feel no ankle pain. Keep up the good work!

Great shoe for the streets I bought these shoes about 7 months ago and I have ran over 350 miles in them. I ran the LA Marathon with them and they held up beautifully. I am very happy with the cushion, fit, and long lasting quality of the shoes. At this point I can guess that I will run another 300 miles in these shoes easily. I wear these shoes primarily in the streets/roads and I have even trail ran with them a few times because I forgot to pack my New Balance Leadville v3's. They held up great for trail running. However, I do not recommend them on trails unless you have no other option. I even hiked 14 miles up and down Mt. Wilson California with them and they were extremely comfortable the whole way. All around these are great shoes for the price and I would recommend purchasing them. I have ran with Altra, New Balance, Suacony, Merrill, Nike, and Adidas and I truly like these just as much as the other brands if not more. Great pair of shoes with great stability for high arches. Super happy with my purchase. I ran 13.1 miles in 2 hours on the streets and felt amazing after.
