Technology

8MM

Saucony 8mm Technology

Cushioning is distributed more evenly between the heel and forefoot in shoes with an 8mm offset. The result? Your body stays in a more balanced and comfortable position with every foot strike.

EVERUN

Saucony EVERUN Technology

A breakthrough in cushioning. Livelier and more responsive, with smoother landings and stronger takeoff.

FLEXFILM

Saucony Flexfilm Technology

A strong, lightweight material is melded to the upper, which allows for fewer layers in the shoe. The result is a seamless, flexible feel.

TRI-FLEX

Saucony TriFlex Technology

Increases force dispersion over a greater surface area while also delivering optimal flexibility and traction.

Guide 10 Infograph

Cushioning

The underfoot feel and amount of impact protection provided by the compressing materials between the foot and running surface.

Support

The level of pronation control built into the shoe. Pronation is the inward rolling of the ankle through the gait cycle.

Offset

The difference in height between the heel thickness and forefoot thickness of the shoe.

Cheap material I am very disappointed with these shoes. I had them for roughly only a month and have been running about 3 or more days a week on a track. The shoes, were really comfortable. I love the look but, as the weeks went by, the treads started to wear out and eventually part of it came off. I really liked these shoes otherwise, but I would've preferred better treads because running shoes should last more than a month.

No break in period! This is my first pair of Saucony shoes. I have always been a fan of a competitor but in recent years, I just hadn't been happy. I suffer from plantar fasciitis . A soon as I put these shoes on, I felt zero pain. I continued to walk around the store for a while, still no pain. I've run in them three times now and still no pain! I'm sold!!! I LOVE these shoes! They did fit a little small. I had to go up one size, which I questioned at first but very happy with my decision. They are perfect when running. Saucony has a new customer!

A very good shoe--though not as good as the Guide 9 The Guide 10's fit tighter through the toe box and the footbed was a bit stiffer than the Guide 9's. With wear, however, they loosened up though they still are a bit smaller than the Guide 9's. Overall, they provide good support. But they lack reflective detailing!! A big negative.

First Saucony's These are my first Saucony's, I previously ran in Mizunos. I love these shoes! My feet feel like they are surrounded by pillows. I like the toe box a lot. My only concern is I've only put about 60 miles on them and they are showing some wear around the lace holes. I love the colors offered, I bought the blue and am very happy with my purchase.

These hurt and the lace loops fell apart I have had several pairs of Saucony running shoes in the past and they were the most comfortable things. I went into a local running store to be fitted and walked away with these. The first day I ran in them the balls of my feet had shooting pain which lasted for several days. I switched out the insoles and that helped but they are still painful. The loops the laces go through on the sides are also fraying to the point that I think they may fall apart soon. I am sorely disappointed as I loved my guide 8 and 9s. I would avoid these until Saucony releases a new version that addresses these issues.
