Nice shoe and good grip but feels loose and big by about 1/2 size

I have never owned a pair of spikes for cross country, but these have helped for sure. On the course that many of my races are held at, it has a large hill that after some rain is very hard to go up, but I found these have enough grip that they can catch the ground and keep your energy flow efficient. For pro's I would say they grip well and the 6 pin is really nice. As for con's, first off the laces that they come with are unnecessarily long. Second the shoes don't feel secure because it sizes about 1/2 larger, you can feel this in the toe box the most. also, This isn't really a con but if you heel strike or a rock sticking out hits the back of the shoe, you will feel it.
