Technology

8MM

Saucony 8mm Technology

Cushioning is distributed more evenly between the heel and forefoot in shoes with an 8mm offset. The result? Your body stays in a more balanced and comfortable position with every foot strike.

EVERUN

Saucony EVERUN Technology

A breakthrough in cushioning. Livelier and more responsive, with smoother landings and stronger takeoff.

ISOFIT

Saucony ISOFIT Technology

Revolutionary fit system that morphs to the foot for a custom feel.

TRI-FLEX

Saucony TriFlex Technology

Increases force dispersion over a greater surface area while also delivering optimal flexibility and traction.

Triumph ISO 3 Infograph

Cushioning

The underfoot feel and amount of impact protection provided by the compressing materials between the foot and running surface.

Support

The level of pronation control built into the shoe. Pronation is the inward rolling of the ankle through the gait cycle.

Offset

The difference in height between the heel thickness and forefoot thickness of the shoe.

Wanted to believe. I am a long time wearer of Saucony for running - they are the only brand that has provided everything I need in a running shoe. I purchased the Triumph ISO 3 shoe on Friday and took off for a 10 mile run on Sunday. Hands down the worst run of my life. I was expecting the amazing ride, comfort and support of the Triumph ISO 2 and boy was I disappointed. First, I chose the Marl version of the shoe which I believe is a big mistake. I own several pairs of shoes with flyknit and I assumed these would fit the same. Not at all. They are far less supportive and your foot flails all over the upper. Second, from the description, I bought into the idea that the extra ISO was going to make a great shoe even better - more stable, more plush. The reality is that the Triumph ISO 3 feels like there is a disconnect between the heal and the forefoot - that the front of the shoe is collapsing on each impact. At the end of the 10 miles I felt like at the very least I bruised my right foot - at the worst maybe a fracture. I will be tracking down as many pairs of ISO 2s as I can. I am resigned to the fact that I will be getting one wearing out of these shoes.

Best shoe ever. I purchased these about a month ago, I run in them daily. I have to say these are by far my favorite running shoes I've ever owned. They are well made, extremely comfortable, and super cute. I would 100% recommend to everyone. Ignore that other review, I don't know what happened to their shoes but these are perfect
