Best trail shoe I ever owned! I am nearing the 200km mark in my Peregrine 5's and they are still going strong! Really comfortable shoe! Nice and light! Quick to drain after river crossing! Good protection & excellent grip! Normally by now I would have moved on to a new shoe.. Infact ,I am not even sure I want to move onto its new younger brother , the 6! I might just stick with the 5 for now!!

Stable trail runner The Peregrine 5 is a stable trail runner that holds my foot snugly and helps give me the traction I like. The tread is a good design that gives the grip I am looking for over the surprise slick surfaces I encounter trail running.

Solid pair of trail shoes I demo'd these shoes a little while ago and really liked them. Bought them online recently and they're working great! Good stiffness for trail runs.

Trail Shoe Boom Pow Yes, the heel cup was noticeable on super steep inclines... But I tightened the laces and kept running with no problems. Fits good, feels great, grips the trail amazingly and is light without being unsupportive. Looking forward to getting them in the snow and high alpine!

The tread popped off after about 70-80 miles The tread on the bottom has sections and one of the sections came right off after 70-80 miles of not so hard terrain so now the shoes are unusable. If you look at the bottom you can see the design flaw. I liked the tread grip but I won't get these again. Also, do not use them for road running.
