Rated 5 out of 5 Love these SHOES for HAMMER
I have taken almost 10,000 throws on them and they are holding up nicely. I am going to get new ones soon because they maybe only got 2,500 throws left in them. But they have nice grip when it is wet out and are very fast which keeps my knees from bothering me after a long practice. If you want really nice fast shoes buy these!

Rated 5 out of 5 Excellent Discus Shoe
This shoe has a rigid sole, with a slightly turned up toe so that you naturally end up in the right position to spin. It's a very fast shoe when you're on the balls of your feet, but has some grip to the rest of the shoe. Would be good for discus, hammer, rotational shot. Probably not great for gliders. I chose to order a little snug and wear it without socks. Feels good. I've been away from throwing for several years and had been throwing in Merrill trail gloves. The difference is night and day. It's like my whole body suddenly remembered what the spin is really supposed to feel like. The first several throws I was all over the place because the shoes felt so fast, but very quickly muscle memory took over and my technique settled down. Great shoes if you're looking for the rigid/fast kind.

Rated 5 out of 5 Best Throw Shoes I've Tried!
One of my main problems as a spinner was landing on my heel in the middle of the ring. It caused problems with my knee and made it hard to get a good throw. I found these and the way they curve up at the toe really helps. I haven't dropped onto my heel since I started using them. They force you to have a better technique. They are a little weird to get used to at first but are great shoes.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by ThrowFar Best throw shoe I've ever worn
Besides being by far the best looking throws shoe around, these things are possibly even the best spin shoe around too. I throw at the college level throwing disc, shot, hammer and weight and these things are great. I used to use the nike rotationals until I saw these. These are especially made for spinning as there is a plate or something in the ball of the foot where the circle is and if you hit that "sweet spot" you will spin effortlessly. The sole is even shaped so that you are set on to the ball of your foot, it's a different feeling but it's the feel you want when spinning. You should order a half size smaller than you wear because you want that sock like feel. Trust me you will know the difference when you put them on and spin. I'm not sure how durable these are as they are still new but the bottoms will definitely not go out like the nike rotationals do and the top seems really durable and don't seem like they will break down. The only reason I don't give it a 5 on durability is because of the stitching on some small parts but then again the stitching could hold up great! I'm a tough critic on products, especially shoes, but these are the real deal. Hope this helps as when I was looking for a reviews on these there were none.
