Rated 5 out of 5Â by Talley41 A Spike I can accutually use!
I am a senior in high school( going to run at the collegiate level next year) and love running however I have never found a track spike that I felt was responsive and light at the same time. Until I found the Velocity. The Saucony Velocity 4 is a great shoe for those injury prone runners who still want to run track using a spike instead of a racing flat. The Velocity 4 is incredibly durable and has a very responsive heel and forefoot and is still light enough for longer events like the 3200 and 5000 meters. Overall an excellent shoe! I will be buying next years or more pairs of this years model for sure!

Rated 5 out of 5Â by ant0396 Awesome shoe, Comfy. Overall just great
Hey every one, I just want to say this is a Great shoe. In general, I like using saucony as my running shoes, which lead me to these spikes. I have worn spikes before that would just tear up my legs and would eventually start hurting my foot. These on the other han are great. The heel is slightly wider than most others which I find great for my technique. Because of this, Im able to run the 4X800 and 2 mile with out any pain to my feet and shins. Another plus is the weight of the shoes. Going from my warm up shoes to these is shocking. The spikes are really light. For the spikes them selves, I like the way the are positioned. Once again, I have used spikes where the spikes seemed awkwardly placed, but The spike placement on these spikes seem natural to me. Over all, these are great spikes, and they look great. whether it be the blue or yellow ones like I have.

Rated 5 out of 5 Great Spike!
I bought this spike to use during practice, but liked the cushioning so much I hang up my Nikes which are twice as more and use these for my 1600's, and 3200's, and Steeplechase. For those people who are wondering if spikes are worth it, they most definitley are! They will increase your time in just about any event, im even looking foward to rocking these come cross country, surprisingly durable for a spike.
