Great running outer layer
Ran my first half marathon last night with just a base layer and this on the top. It was 48-55 degres and moist (not raining but misting) and this did a great job regulating my body temp with out the need for much adjusting the 1/4 zipper. It was light weight and the chest pocket was plenty big to carry a iPod shuffle, Chapstick, and nutrition during the run with minimal shifting or bouncing while running. I would recommend this to others but be prepared for the cost. You get what you pay for with this product but that doesn't make it any cheaper.

Good For Cool, Cold Weather
Very well-made, soft, good-looking shirt. Soft enough that I don't need Nip-Guards, and my skin is a 9 out of 10 on the sensitivity scale. Front pocket is good place for empty gel packets. Shirt is thick enough to stop the horseflies that we get in northern Maine. Welded seams on sleeves are impressive.
Shirt retains moisture more than thinner, lighter-duty shirts. Not recommended for hot weather nor for those who sweat heavily.
