I love these shoes and hope they're never discontinued. I bought them for the low heel and light weight and they did not disappoint. A perfect shoe for my 3-8 mile city runs. They're so very breathable--my feet never sweat or slide no matter how warm the weather. For sizing, I'd say follow the rule for running shoes and buy a half size up (I actually go a whole size up with these#.

I ran regularly for about 3 years in Adidas flats before I discovered these, and I've noticed that the shape of upper and lower legs have noticeably improved with these shoes! It's not that my muscles are more defined #that's not something I want#, my legs simply have a better shape.

I live in Seattle, so I'm extra vigilant to avoid puddles due to the drainage holes. Also, small stones tend to get lodged in the holes.

I own several pair of the white and just bought a few pair of the yellow #very bright!) to mix it up a bit.

I previously owned the men's version of this shoe because that's all they had in the store, but I just bought the women's and they are both excellent (can't really tell the different other than the color and obviously a different size scale). It would be nice if the shoelaces were wavy so that they hold the knot better. A little more arch support would be nice, too, but I love how lightweight and flexible they are. My only complaint would be that part of the sole started to detach near the front, after only about 100 miles. They're a little on the expensive side, but they lasted me a good year.

Perfect light weight shoe

I to went my normal shoe specialist store wanting the Nike Free for a low profile running shoe but the sales man twisted my arm into trying on this shoe. My normal size fit perfectly, although going up a half size would have fit well too. I gave the shoe four out of five stars because they give me a light weight, fast feeling when I run anywhere from two to ten miles at a time. However, when I run off road or on trails I can often feel the rocks which can be uncomfortable and my socks and feet get wet/cold/muddy when running through water/cold/mud.

The bottom of the shoe is starting to wear after putting on over 500 miles but they have definately served me well on the road, trails, and treadmill. I would definately consider getting this shoe again.

Marathon runner

I bought a pair of these in Prague the day before the race, and against everyone's recommendation, ran the marathon in them without even jogging around the block in them. I now race exclusively in these shoes and find them absolutely perfect. I am a light weight neutral runner and 66 years old. I have been running for 3 years and my times are improving steadily. I have been on the podium twice now and I feel these shoes have helped with making the runs comfortable. I think the flexibility of the shoes helped me to shave off some minutes. I use my foot more efficiently and powerfully in these shoes.
