Rated 4 out of 5Â by Chris R Lighter Than Expected But Good Mitt
The mitt's fleece is lighter than I expected. I foresee using it in the 20's and 30's, but not lower temperatures. The mitt is attractive with small reflective features. The exterior fabric on the thumb and first finger is useful for nose wiping. The mitt extends down the wrist and prevents drafts there. I would definitely buy the mitts on sale again, not sure about full price though.

Rated 5 out of 5 Great for Midwestern winters
I use these all winter long in Chicagoland. Plenty of room for a hand warmer in the lower single digits, but I'm happy in these running mittens from 10-45 degrees F.

These are a good choice for winter running and are working like a charm in Wisconsin. I usually get cold fingers with gloves, so these mittens were a nice change. My hands just break a sweat when running in the mid-20's. When temps drop into the low-teens to high single digits these start to show their limits. I have the L/XL mitt and have a rather long fingers and these fit fine. A bit more room in a dedicated XL would have been nice, but they are still comfortable.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by CoyoteRunner This mitt is what I've been looking for!
I run outside year-round here in North Dakota, and I've been searching for a top layer for my hands to cut the wind. Found this last spring in a running shop, and just started using it this fall. I love it! I have not washed them yet, but they are washable. I can not comment on durability as I just started using them, but I do not expect to have any problems. I am ordering a 2nd pair for myself, and one more as a gift.
