Women's Kilkenny XC4 Spike 4 5 1 1

I recommend this shoe for any long distance runners; comfy, and lightweight, well built. This shoe is comfortable for long distance anywhere- I even used them during track season on the asphalt without the spikes, and their performance was lightweight and nicely fitting when you get the right size (which took me twice). Other than running a little small, the shoe has a great performance. September 24, 2012
