Orders can be shipped anywhere in the 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders can also be shipped to APO/FPO, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands addresses.
Customers outside the United States can call us at 800-282-6575 to find out where they can find Saucony products in their area.

A $10.00 sucharge will be applied to all orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands. Orders to Puerto Rico and APO/FPO will be shipped USPS and may take extra delivery time.
Orders under $1 will be charged a handling fee of $5.00 to allow for order processing.Delivery Days and Holidays
Delivery for Standard and Express service occurs on regular business days (Monday through Friday), excluding the carrier's published holidays (listed below). Saturday delivery may occur on orders shipped via the United States Postal Service.

Order Status and Tracking
Order Confirmation
When you place an order on Saucony.com, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. If you don't receive this email, contact Customer Service. Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number.
Tracking Your Order
If your package was shipped via UPS, you can track your order on their website (www.ups.com) using the tracking number provided in the shipping notification email.
Canceling Orders
At Saucony, our goal is to expedite your order as quickly as possible; therefore, once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed. If you have questions about making a return once received please refer to our return policy or contact Customer Service at 800-282-6575, Mon-Fri, 8am-10pm ET, Sat/Sun, 9am-8pm ET.
