I got these shoes at the beginning of high school track season, and the first time I ran in them, I could feel the difference in my speed. They provide incredible traction while still being lightweight and comfortable. These spikes have helped me to beat personal records over and over again. I eventually became a Varsity sprinter in these shoes. I have to say, they went through a lot, as any track shoes will. They have been used over and over again in sprinting races, and they have been stepped on by another girl who was wearing spikes with no damage done. They're very durable. I have them in white and pink with black insoles and laces. They did run just slightly small, but not enough to be a problem. There is a strap across the top that goes over teh laces so they cannot come untied or flail around as you run. I also enjoy the motivational phrases on the inside of the strap across the top. The left shoe says, 'Show your heels to the field', and the right shoes says, 'Speed = Distance/ Time'. I know I can rely on these shoes to serve as great spikes in future races as well, and I know they will last a long time. I would recommend these shoes for any sprinter.

I wasnt sure what kind of shoe I wanted at first, so I bought this shoe...its great. Looks awesome, first of all. Mine are navy blue with neon pink on the sides. Bright shoes make you run faster, I swear. Plus, they make you look more legit. I dropped 2 seconds off of my 400 with these. There's an appropriate amount of padding for sprints, although i use them for high jump as well. Overall, just awesome, although they do run half a size small I would say. Best feature...the tounge has sayings on them. Gotta love shoes that talk to you :)

The spitfire is a great shoe for sprinting. The only thing to look out for is the fact that it runs alittle small in size. I would prefer getting a half size larger.
