Same issue I had with my last Saucony pair - by , Mar 28, 2020
2/ 5 Stars
I have lightly worn these shoes for maybe 2 months now, and already the padding over the plastic shell of the heels are exposed, which is very painful to rub against. You can see from the photos They have not had much street wear, but for some reason this shoe, along with my last pair of Saucony, loses that heel padding and I can hardly wear them now. And it seems ridiculous to spend $130 on a pair of shoes every 8 weeks. I ran D1 college track and field (800m race and cross country) and never had this issue. We would run using Brooks, and I never had this issue.

I'm fairly new to running and I've tried a couple of different shoes so far. I think I under-pronate; all of my shoes wear out on the outside. When I have run in other shoes my feet hurt and rub and it's just uncomfortable. Not these. No pinching anywhere, my heel feels supported and solid and I stay completely comfortable for my entire run. Like I said... I'm new to all of this. But so far these have worked the best for me.

First really comfy shoes I’ve had in a long time! - by , Dec 30, 2019

I have osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and a bad bunion. Walking has been painful for quite awhile, wearing several different Saucony shoes. I finally tried these, and my walking is actually comfortable (most of the time)! The wide toe box is great, and the fit is totally comfortable. I love the gray color, and the pink accents are quite subtle (my preference since I don’t really like pink)!

beauty meets comfort - by , Dec 14, 2019

A strikungly good looking workout shoe that is amazingly comfortable. So much cushion, which is exactly what I wanted for my CrossFit gym work outs. Plenty of room across the width so that my feet do not feel squeezed and my toes don't jamb. I also own the Iso Ride 7, previously my favorite gym shoes of all time -- but the Eschelon 7 now surpasses those for a supportive yet comfortable and attractive shoe.

Just bought my second pair. - by , Dec 11, 2019

I have found these shoes to be comfortable for walking, running, and everyday wear. The only drawback I have found is that the inside fabric of the heals wore out over time. I have just purchased another pair regardless of that fact because I have enjoyed wearing them so much.

I recently had surgery on my Achilles’ tendon. These sneakers are the one shoes I can wear. They are comfortable , support my foot well, and I love the colors!

High toe flex pain - by , Nov 22, 2019
1/ 5 Stars
Pushes foot to the outside. High, hard inside arch. Unsure how this is a neutral? Heel to toe drop feels even higher than the eight (8) mil it states, putting excessive pressure on toe flex area. Later, another representative told me these were made for orthopedic inserts. What?! Though that did explain the wider than normal fit that even when laced tighter/differently, still required my toes to grip extra during gait to stop the slide. *Little thing to add but might be important to some, stitching not completed around tongue area, left shoe. Short, very short section, but somehow it made me feel as if this was a "bad batch"?

Comfortable Shoes if You Need Orthotics - by , Nov 13, 2019
5/ 5 Stars
I've had such a hard time finding shoes to fit my orthotics. These were suggested to me and I took a chance and I bought them. My orthotics weren't so jammed in the shoe, there was enough room to fit properly. I'd say with an orthotic, they fit true to size. I usually wear a size 8 and found that a size 9 with my orthotics fit perfectly. My only complaint is that I wish they came in more neutral colors. I do have the grey/pink pair and recently bought these in teal as a back up pair but at my age and choice of clothing colors, they don't match much. Please make more neutral colors. Black would match everything and not mixed with purples and other flashy colors.

Bought this shoe for weight training and treadmill. Very stable. Colorful and stylish for the gym or walking the neighborhood. With long toes and very narrow heels this shoe flexes at the right places and cups my heels perfectly.
