Perfect shoe for me. I know when I order them exactly what I am getting. Open the box and BOOM I’m off and running and walking. One thing, give me more colors please!!

Great Daily Trainer - by , Jun 26, 2020
5/ 5 Stars
I really like how these shoes fit - I’ve got wide feet with a relatively low volume, so a typical EE-width shoe will be snug at the metatarsals, but will have lots of empty space in the toe box, which will cause blisters. Hurricane 22 fits just right. It’s very apparent that Hurricane’s cushioning is more plush than Guide 13’s. There’s a break-in period of 20-40 miles to realize a full potential of the elastomers. Once the cushioning is in its optimum it alleviates the pavement impact very successfully, making the runs more tolerable and the recoveries shorter. Perfect for the long/slow to moderate efforts. Faster workouts can feel sluggish if you train below 6 min/mile, otherwise I don’t believe there’s a problem. The shoes are very stable, even more stable than the Guides. Said that, they still ride very comfortably, allowing a fair degree of freedom. It just took me some time to adjust to the feeling of the less side-to-side movement in the heels. For the ones seeking the “neutral with some structure” shoes the Hurricanes can be over controlling- must try to find out. I like the upper. The tongue is nice and thick (no pressure on the tendons), I like the heel padding and a recess at the Achilles. Besides, the fabric dries up quickly, doesn’t pick up dirt or salt deposits from the sweat. Again, just right. The only downside are is slippery laces- easily resolved with the double knot. Lastly, these Hurricanes are really good looking, considering a typical mediocre selection of styles in the wide sizes of any make. Added benefit. To summarize- I was looking for a more forgiving shoe to supplement my trusted Guide 13 and I’m very happy with this purchase. I’d definitely recommend Hurricane 22 as a daily do-it-most trainer to the runners requiring mild to moderate stability.

Best Running Shoe I've Ever Owned - by , Jun 09, 2020
5/ 5 Stars
Absolutely love this shoe. I have fairly flat and large feet, so finding comfortable and supportive running shoes has historically been a challenge. This is my first pair of Saucony running shoes, and it won't be the last. These shoes provide plenty of cushioning and support with each stride, which helps me perform more effectively when hitting the pavement. My only ding with this shoe is that the only available color was grey. I would've appreciated more of a variety of color choices, but other than that, the Hurricane 22 rocks!

This is my third pair of shoes from Saucony and they don’t disappoint. They are worth every penny. The shoes grip my feet comfortably firm. The support is excellent. I’ll be purchasing another pair soon for indoor wearing.

Best Stability Shoe on the Market - by , Mar 18, 2020
5/ 5 Stars
After trying many shoes from different brands I’ve finally found the shoe for me. I’m 220 plus and overpronate but run about 30 miles a week minimum. Pwrrun+ is as good or better than any foam out there; my feet and legs feel great after runs. The stability is just right, not overbearing but effective. The upper is minimal in the front where you don’t need need extra overlays but the rear keeps you in place. Oh and this max cushion shoe feels the weight of an everyday trainer. If I could do it over I MIGHT go a half size down but it’s likely that a half size down would’ve been a little too small after foot swelling. I’d score them a 9.9, would be a perfect 10 if the rear 3rd of the shoe was a little thinner but it’s really not an issue. Couldn’t recommend this shoe enough and look forward to the 23!

Really comfortable distance support shows that are difficult to beat . They are by far the best in their category . Maybe add some additional Colour selections .
