I have worn Hurricanes for almost 12 years. They are my go to and I swear by them. I purchased two pairs of the ISO 2 last summer and whenever I wear either pair, my feet hurt. The outside of the shoe seemed to always pinch the base of my pinky toe on both feet. It might be due to the material and style of the shoe. I compared to my old hurricanes and that area normally was mostly mesh in previous versions. My planter fasciitis would come back strong each time I ran in these shoes. Not sure if it's related or not, but I sprained my second toe (which I've never done) while running in these and until I stopped wearing the ISO 2, neither my planter fasciitis or sprained toe would heal. I finally went to the podiatrist thinking it was something else and he recommended swapping out shoes and after almost one month of running in my old hurricanes, I'm pain free. I am heartbroken. I would like to try the ISO 3 - does anyone know if others experienced what I did with the ISO 2 and if those issues have been addressed? Signed - Loyal Hurricane Wearer

My favorite shoe! - by , Aug 12, 2016

This is my favorite Saucony shoe! It has gotten me through many half marathons and a marathon blister-free. Just enough cushion and stability to help me get my miles in.

Love the style, colors, and a great fit. I wore Saucony, then I switched over to Brooks for a few years (store I bought my saucony shoes sold out and I needed new shoes immediately) but after my Brooks wore out I went back to Saucony and I sorely miss these shoes. Great fit since the Brooks size 7 is just a tiny bit large on me and I belief the Saucony 's run a little small. But the size 7 Saucony fit perfect.

I have previously run in the Hurricane ISO, and although my legs and feet did well in them, I always had blisters after my long runs. I switched to the ISO2 only two weeks before my 25k race and was worried it wouldn't be enough time, but I was desperate and had waited too long to get them. I ran my race with ZERO blisters, and absolutely no fasciitis during my recovery. I feel amazing after my race, these have been the best shoes so far. I have severe pronation on my left foot and have always had plantars fasciitis during training. I am thoroughly impressed with these shoes!

Disappointed - by , May 02, 2016

I usually wear the Omni, and the shoe store suggested I try these. Felt great at first, but then my plantar fasciitis flared up so bad with in a couple days, I couldn't walk. Literally. I put my old Omni's back on, pain was gone in a few days. I put these on again this morning, and my feet are killing me, and I've been sitting at a desk most of the day with very little walking.

Finally a cushion as comfortable as the Excursion TR5 - by , Apr 15, 2016

This shoe is comfortable. If you are wearing thick socks the toe box is a little narrow. Very nicer cushion, makes this shoe comfortable for wearing over several hours.

Best long run shoe I've had! - by , Apr 11, 2016

I thought I loved my Hurricane ISOs, then they updated it to add the Everun cushioning. Now, it's definitely true love! I'm using these to train for my spring marathon, and my feet are still happy even after 20 milers. I have both colors, and already have my third pair still in the box for when it's time to retire one. They help me find my strong every week without fail.

Having never ran before and starting to train for my very first half marathon, I was looking for some support for my feet. Many of the women in the Another Mother Runner "Train Like a Mother Club" recommended checking out Saucony shoes, especially the Hurricanes. I purchased them and they do not disappoint. This shoe is top of the line and has helped alleviate all the discomforts I was having before. I cannot recommend Saucony Hurricanes enough!

I love this shoe. It is very comfortable. It provides the stability I need plus added cushion for comfort. This is my 3rd pair of saucony shoes and although I have been happy with all of them this particular style has been the most comfortable.
