The Liberty ISO 2 appears to added additional stability in the heel which stiffened the shoe up to much; thus i Prefer the ISO 1.

Great shoes period - by , Oct 13, 2020

Hey I am hitting now about 26 miles a week in these shoes and they are able the handle the impact well, I weigh about 192-194. Weight will obviously wear shoes ouy faster however I bought another pair of the liberty iso2 for next years runs. Also I am not feeling the typical joint inpact, or sore joints the next day. I love the product.

Insole too hard - by , Oct 07, 2020

I owned 6 pairs of liberty ISO. The nee ISO 2 feels very heavy and rigid. But it actually makes running less comfortable. I miss the more flexible ISO insole that allows my feet to feel the ground.

Love the shoe - by , Sep 26, 2020

I was able to run my first 10 miler in this shoe with no injury to myself. That's a big deal for me, as every shoe I had worn prior, I would hurt my leg, or my foot, or my hip or something whenever I would go over 7 miles. The only thing I am a little less than thrilled with is the durability. I was considering replacing them only to realize I had just bought them 5 months ago. Will try to get more life out of the old ones, but not sure I can buy more when they don't last any longer than this.

Really enjoy this shoe! - by , Sep 08, 2020

I've been wanting the Liberty shoes since Saucony first advertised them and I was eagerly waiting to put them to use. After two runs in them, I'm thrilled to have them. I'm a bit of a pronator, which is why I selected them over the Freedoms. They are such a responsive shoe! I immediately felt faster just putting them on. Picking them off the ground feels effortless. While I won't seek to put super-long runs on them (why I have my awesome Guide 13!), I WILL be putting tempo runs, fartlecks, and speedwork on them - and will look forward to it! I won't hesitate, though, to use them on my next 50 mile Ultra race, maybe my first 100 miler. If there is a slight drawback, it's that the iso-fit system leaves the toe box feeling a little loose; therefore, I feel a slight lateral slide, though not enough to worry me about wearing them. Also, I'll be trying a few different lacing patterns to see if that helps. I'm not going to hesitate recommending these shoes!

I do cross country and I'm a neutral runner, I ran 20+ miles a week in these and there was never a time I felt uncomfortable with these shoes.

Great daily trainer for Neutral runner with slight drop arch - by , Aug 24, 2020
4/ 5 Stars
tall/heavier marathoner/Ironman with neutral pronation and slight drop arch when running. Liberty Iso gives perfect amount of support for what I need as a great durable daily trainer. I usually use it for easy to long run pace between 6-14miles. It still has plenty life 250miles in. The traction is good enough to take it on to groomed dirt trails. The shoes is light enough for some cruising tempo run. It is very versatile. Here are some downsides: The shoes bottoms out for me after 14miles. The extra padding in Version 2 made it heavier and hotter. It soaks up more moisture in the 90F+ LA summer weather. Kind prefer the Version 1. Also color combos and styling are still very dull. Kinvara 11 give me hope about future.
