Worst shoe I ever tried - by , May 04, 2018
1/ 5 Stars
I was fitted at a local run shop. After one mile running in these shoes, my feet got hot, and toes became numb, I developed right mid foot pain that is still not resolving. I ended up taking them off and walking home in my socks.

Painful, Uncomfortable Athletic Shoes - by , Mar 24, 2018
2/ 5 Stars
I've been a huge fan of Saucony for over 10 years, but the Liberty ISO are the most uncomfortable athletic shoe that I have ever worn. I wanted to love these shoes bc they are very colorful & stylish, but the appearances does not overcome the pain in my feet. I first ordered the shoes in my usual Saucony size 6 1/2, but they were too small. So I went through the process of returning & reordering a 7. I walked in these shoes the first day for several miles with heels hurting & toes tingling and going numb. I was committed to giving these shoes 1 more try with a run, but with the same painful outcome. I'm very, very unhappy with this Saucony shoe purchase. I'm left with shoes that are useless to me and a hole in my checking account from this shoe purchase.

Ow ow ow - by , Jul 11, 2018

Was very excited to get my first pair of Sauconys because my boyfriend raves about his all the time. They look very cool and I was excited to get my first pricier pair of shoes. But they arrived today and I wore them around the house for a few hours to try to get used to them but they got unbearable. Squeeze a lot in the front despite almost being roomy in the back, made my toes go numb. Unfortunate.

Very hard shoe - by , Sep 21, 2018

I'm not crazy about them. They feel very hard. I like the color and style, but they are not light or soft. I would return them if I could.

Not great for long runs - by , Dec 10, 2018

This shoe is good for walking only. As a distance runner for 21yrs who wears a zero drop shoe, this shoe was worse than running barefoot. I got blisters in places I never got blisters in. I do not recommend this shoe for running.

Great look but... - by , Sep 15, 2018

I really want to love these shoes but the right shoe eats my sock! Ive run in them a few times but haven’t been able to have a real run because I end up with my right sock halfway around the middle of my foot. I’ve tried different socks and retied the laces a bunch of different ways. I’m bummed because if not for this issue they would be great shoes and I can’t return them because I’ve worn them a couple times.

Too small - by , Oct 31, 2018

Run's 1/2 size too short. Decent comfort but not as plush as I'd like. I also could not detect much stability.

Good if loose - by , Nov 20, 2018

Top stitching requires a loose lacing. Not recommended if you prefer a secure fit and lacing.

Small and Painful - by , Dec 15, 2018
3/ 5 Stars
I'm so sad to say these run 1/2 a size too small. This has never happened to me before with running shoes. Usually reviews say they run small but I have narrow skinny feet so that is usually good for me. This time I could feel my toe in the top. Loved the snug fit as Saucony running shoes usually fit too wide on me. I really liked the stability part of this shoe- it felt like it fit right out of the box. However, the real problem is the tongue of the shoe! Wow these reviews weren't kidding- it slips down while running and is almost nonexistent. There is no padding in the tongue so the laces rub and constrict the tendons and gave me inflammation issues after just one mile! I would love to try these again but not until they actually have a tongue to cushion the laces. I was going to try the Freedom, however, they are not a stability shoe. And though I'm usually a neutral runner, I wanted something with stability for my long runs when my legs get tired and need that extra support. Also loved the lightweight of the shoe.

Good support but some uncomfortable spots - by , Jan 25, 2018
4/ 5 Stars
Overall they have good support (esp for my bad joints). However, the tabs/eyelets for the laces are very hard compared to the thin mesh tongue and after a couple hours of wearing them my foot is sore under these tabs. Consequently I have to wear the shoes laced looser than I'd like to. Also, there is support only in sections of the toe, which you start to feel after a longer run, and I suppose maybe only if you are a toe striker (I am). This uneven padding at the toes starts to cause irritation, since it pushes your big toe and pinky toe higher than the middle toes. I was specifically recommended these since I am a toe striker and I was surprised to feel this feature as I broke in the shoes.
