I needed a pair of shoes to run in the snow in Michigan. I've worn them for around a dozen runs; after a storm dumped around 10 inches. The path that I run, is semi-plowed, mostly. The path becomes ice and snow after a few days; and these performed great! The grip is excellent, and I haven't slipped yet; the deeper snow is difficult, but no overwhelming. They shoes are water resistant enough to withstand deep snow and melting snow, within reason. I've also worn them on a sub-20 degree day with wool socks, and didn't get cold.

Awesome Shoe for the trail - by , Nov 27, 2019
5/ 5 Stars
Love the shoe! I bough stretchy laces to replace the existing ones. It's a pretty firm fit and I like a little more flex. Took them to Yosemite and they were great! Super grippy and very supportive. Only thing I noticed was foot odor started much earlier than other shoes I wear (Saucony Jazz low-pro). Probably from the water resistant material. Got foot odor packs to help. But overall a great shoe, would recommend for anyone looking for a lightweight trail shoe.

Snow tires for your feet - by , Feb 07, 2020

I live in northern Michigan where we get a lot of lake effect snow. I have been on runs where the snow has accumulated two the three inches during my run. These shoes get through the snow, ice and slush like having snow tires for your feet. They are a great winter running shoe. I highly recommend them.

A perfect winter accessory - by , Feb 23, 2020

Running in Minneapolis winters. Average weekly distance 10-15 mi. This is an AWESOME pair of shoes for running in snow, on ice patches, in melting snow puddles. It’s waterproof and breAthable. It actually provides a great degree of grip (you still to be cautious on ice, you’re not invulnerable wearing those). Running in sub 0F weather, only wool socks needed, I could avoid the sock liner. I don’t have real cons so far. Just don’t wear them when it’s warmer

Shoe fits great. My podiatrist recommends I wear a mans shoe because of the durability. I only wear Saucony. - by , Oct 19, 2020

This shoe is stylish, durable, and I feel like I’m walking on clouds. I can make it through a 10-12 hour work day and walk my dog.

Great shoe with a little extra warmth built-in - by , Oct 24, 2020

Really love this shoe. I use it mostly for hiking in wet and cold weather. The fit is nice and snug, but not small. Good water resistance and definitely a bit warmer feeling than the GTX. I will most likely be purchasing a back up pair soon.

Excellent Trail Shoe - by , Mar 13, 2020
4/ 5 Stars
This shoe is like a set of mud tires for your feet! I have ran over 50 miles with these shoes in complete muddy messes, and never once have I felt like I was going to lose traction or slip. If you’re going to be racking up some serious miles on rough terrain I highly recommend them. The only reason I gave these shoes a 4 instead of a 5 is because they can get pretty uncomfortable if you have to pound pavement for a while before you get to your trail.
