Authorisation to Capture and use images/videos produced at Saucony's House of Speed 2022

Please confirm you have given your consent for us to use content on which you appear. By doing this, you grant permission for us to capture, use and distribute any photographs or videos taken of you within the House of Speed or its contributing events. Thus, you irrevocably grant Sportpack SAS agency the right to capture and use your image to promote the House of Speed event and other Saucony-related activity. Saucony and Sportpack SAS prohibit the use of any content likely to infringe the privacy, reputation, dignity or integrity of the participant. You will be able to publish the content on your own social channels.

Health Declaration

Please confirm that you are fit to run and agree to the following:

• I declare that I am able to complete the entire distance of the course proposed for the event for which I am registered and that I am in good general health;
• I declare I am aware of the risks associated with a sporting event such as the “Saucony House of Speed” (hereinafter the “Event”)
• I declare I am taking part in the Event at my own will;
• I declare I am aware of the risks associated with participating in the Event, as in any sporting event;
• I acknowledge that Sportpack, the agency appointed by Saucony, as well as the city hosting the activation, is not to be help liable in the event of theft, breakage or loss of any personal property during or at the Event.
• I waive the right to assert any claim, of whatever nature, against Sportpack. This concerns in particular cases of accident, injury, damage to personal property or any other incident that may occur during event participation. A temporary changing room will be provided if participants need to get changed. Nothing should be left inside the changing room or building when the participant leaves.
