Cushioning is distributed more evenly between the heel and forefoot in shoes with an 8mm offset. The result? Your body stays in a more balanced and comfortable position with every foot strike.

EVERUN

Saucony EVERUN Technology

A breakthrough in cushioning. Livelier and more responsive, with smoother landings and stronger takeoff.

ISOFIT

Saucony ISOFIT Technology

Revolutionary fit system that morphs to the foot for a custom feel.

TRI-FLEX

Saucony TriFlex Technology

Increases force dispersion over a greater surface area while also delivering optimal flexibility and traction.

Triumph ISO 3 Infograph

Cushioning

The underfoot feel and amount of impact protection provided by the compressing materials between the foot and running surface.

Support

The level of pronation control built into the shoe. Pronation is the inward rolling of the ankle through the gait cycle.

Offset

The difference in height between the heel thickness and forefoot thickness of the shoe.

Poor quality heel liner. Blisters I had two pair of these. Both pair the heel liner tore on first few wears and resulted in blisters. I’ve had many Saucony shoes and liked them, but these were a waste of money and a big disappointment.

Lasted less than two months. Poor Quality. Been wearing the Triumph ISO 3 for about 8 weeks. I don't run in them, only walk, so I was expecting to get a few years out of these shoes. Was at first very pleased given their excellent fit/comfort. However, after about 6-7 weeks, holes already developed in the outer mesh in and around the toe box on BOTH the left AND the right shoe (see pictures). This was very surprising since I've only worn them walking on city sidewalks in good weather and on the treadmill (no off-road/hikes). The only possible reason would be shoddy quality of material in the outer mesh. Very very disappointed especially given my past experiences with other Saucony products (which were amazing) and the premium price I paid for these shoes.

Terrific but... I have been running on Saucony's for all my life. And I am a runner since I was 20, so I have 35+ years of running experience. These ISO 3's are the very best so far. They are so good that even my wife converted to Saucony. There is one downside: the fabric inside near the heels. We have 4 pairs and in all of them the fabric was torn after about 5-6 month of running 4-5 times a week. Hope the ISO 4 will be more durable.

My go to shoe Juat brought my 5th pair of Triumphs, I've tried other shoes/brands but always come back to these. I'm a big guy for a runner 105kgs and really felt the difference when I tried a cheaper brand. I run about 50kms a week with our dog and my knees were really sore after only 3 weeks with another shoe. Can't recommend the Triumph enough for heavier runners

Cushioning is great for a big guy I am not your typical long distance runner putting in 25-35 miles per week at 6'3" and 225lbs, but I have one vice and that is running. I started on the Triumph years ago by recommendation from my shoe guy. Since the Everun and ISO series the shoe has lasted about 250-300 miles. I love the cushioning but it does add to the "break-in" phase of the shoes, so I have a couple pair on rotation. Other shoes have wreaked havoc on my Achilles but the softer heel support has saved my running. Even after surgery the heels have been great. Other shoes have a very stiff heel support and these are just what I needed. PLEASE don't make any major changes as these are great! I would recommend these to a bigger person with a high arch looking for a neutral running shoe. Great job Saucony!
