Shipping Information

Saucony offers two delivery options, Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. Orders must be placed by 12.00pm on the website for guaranteed delivery within two working days.

Order Reshipping (Non EU countries): We are currently unable to reship orders. If UPS are unable to deliver your order it will be returned to our warehouse and you will be refunded automatically. If you still wish to receive the goods, you will need to place a new order.

Cancelling Orders

At Saucony.com, our goal is to expedite your order as quickly as possible; therefore, once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed.

What should I do if my order is presumed lost, or missing an item?

We're really sorry to hear that! If you think your order has been lost or if something is missing from your parcel, please get in touch with us right away. We're here to help, and we will quickly work with our delivery partners to investigate and, if needed, start a claim.

In order to proceed, all claims must be submitted within 14 days from the shipment date, so please reach out as soon as possible to ensure we can assist you fully.

Finally, for high value orders (€400+), you may be asked to complete a police report to support the claims process.
