Official Rules

By entering into this competition you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions

    1. Promoter Information: Wolverine Europe Limited (UK) (4283166), located at Kings Place, 90 York Way, London, N1 9AG is the promoter (the “Promoter”) of the competition governed by these terms and conditions (the “Competition”).
    2. Description of the Competition: The Competition consists of a series of a single draw to win a prize. On completion of the Competition Period, five (5) Prize winners shall be selected in total from the countries Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
    3. The Competition will start on 29th June 2020 and will continue until 31st July 2020 (the “Competition Period”).
    4. Each Entrant may make only one (1) entry to the Competition.
    5. Prize The Prizes for each draw shall be one pack of the Saucony Endorphin Collection (each comprising of: one pair each of: the Saucony Endorphin Pro, Saucony Endorphin Speed, Saucony Endorphin Shift) subject to style and size availability. Approximate Retail Value of each Prize is £475. Each Prize is non-transferrable, non-refundable, and non-assignable, unless required by law. No Prize, or part of the Prize, may be sold, bartered, endorsed, transferred, exchanged or modified in any way by the Prize winner. No alternative Prize or cash equivalent will be available.
    6. Competition Requirements: Any individual person (the “Entrant”) who is aged eighteen (18) years or older (at the time of entry to the Competition) and is a legal resident in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom (“Eligibility Area”) is eligible for this Competition (the “Eligibility Criteria”). Entrants who do not meet the age and residence requirements will be disqualified from the Competition. Employees, officers, and directors of the Promoter, their respective parents, subsidiaries, and agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings, and grandparents) and household members of each such employee, officer, and director are not eligible to participate in the Competition.
    7. How to Enter To enter, Entrant must, during the Competition Period, (1) be registered as an account user with Strava, Inc.; (2) participate in the You But Faster competition on the Strava platform and complete any stated requirements for a chance to enter the Contest (including beating your 5K personal best time as recorded on your Strava account); (3) visit and enter your email address and shoe size on the pop-up window that appears on screen.
    8. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant if the Entrant does not comply with the Eligibility Criteria or the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe the Entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
    9. In the event of a fraudulent or unscrupulous entry or the Entrant does not satisfy the Eligibility Criteria, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner at random (using the procedure set out at point 13) from the remaining eligible entries and thereafter until an eligible Prize winner has been found.
    10. All Entrants by participating in the Promotion agree to release the Promoter from any and all liability in respect of entries not successfully received by the Promoter (e.g. due to computer malfunction) and in respect of damages, expenses, fines, penalties, or costs or losses of any kind related to or arising from the Competition.
    11. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period which comply with terms and conditions and will receive a communication via an email to the email address provided upon entry of the Competition, which shall provide full details on how to redeem the prize. Each Entrant is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information provided and Promoter shall not be responsible or liable for incorrect emails or delivery issues with the Entrant’s server or email set-up. Winners’ names available upon request, by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to Promoter to the attention of “2020 Strava Europe Competition.”
    12. Where the Prize is not redeemed by the winner, whatsoever the reason, within seven (7) days of the notification email being sent by the Promoter, then the Prize shall be withdrawn and the Promoter may redraw or reselect another winner (following the procedure detailed above) to receive the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw any Prize won at any time where any breach, disqualification or disruption occurs, including without limitation validated voting irregularities or other manipulation of the Competition that runs contrary to these terms and conditions.
    13. Termination If the Competition is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to printer error, lost or stolen entries, infected computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error, change in the ownership of Promoter or any other cause outside the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition.
    14. Choice of Law: The laws of England and Wales apply to and govern these terms and conditions and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them. Any and all claims relating in any way to the Competition, including in relation to any non-contractual obligations must be raised and resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
