Saucony iBR+ Technology

iBR+ is a supremely lightweight but durable outsole rubber that enhances your shoe’s other cushioning elements.

Saucony PowerGrid Technology

PowerGrid is a lightweight, ultra-premium cushioning foam that, ounce for ounce, delivers a smoother and more rebound-filled ride than the competition.

Guide 8

The underfoot feel and amount of impact protection provided by the compressing materials between the foot and running surface.

The level of pronation control built into the shoe. Pronation is the inward rolling of the ankle through the gait cycle.

The difference in height between the heel thickness and forefoot thickness of the shoe.

felt good but fell apart fast

The shoe was a comfortable shoe. I am not sure if it because I am a bigger runner, 6'2" 240 lbs, but the inside heel tore out in less than 3 months of use. This is the second pair of Saucony's that I have had and they both tore in the heels and did not last long. I ony run about 10 to 15 miles a week so they should last a lot longer. The backs of the shoe are a hard plastic and cause blister now. So, if you are a bigger guy this shoe may not be the best one for you.
