Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly accept your return of UNWORN merchandise within 45 days from the date of purchase. Complete the fields below and follow the instructions to receive return documentation and a shipping label.

Notes

Please return item(s) in the original packaging. You will not be charged for the cost of shipping if you print the PDF label provided.

The online return process will require a printer, as you are provided a PDF to download that includes a shipping label and return document. If you do not have a printer, please call customer service at (800) 288-3124.

Please keep a copy of the return documentation for tracking purposes.

You will be refunded for the amount of the items purchased. Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email to confirm a successful return. A credit should appear on your credit card, or original method of payment, within two billing cycles.

Damaged or Defective Product

If you suspect your product is defective or damaged during shipment, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately by Live Chat or by phone at (800) 288-3124.

For Exchanges:

At this time, Saucony.com does not offer exchanges. We suggest you return the unwanted item(s), following the return process above, and place a new order for the replacement merchandise through Saucony.com. If you need assistance please call Customer Service (800) 282-6575. We will process your return immediately upon receipt and credit your account for the merchandise.

Gift Cards:

If you paid for your item(s) in full using a Saucony gift card(s), a new gift card will be sent to your billing address loaded with the value of the refund. If a credit card was used in combination with a gift card, the entire merchandise amount will be refunded to your credit card.
