How to measure your shoe size

For performance shoes, we recommend ordering up to a size above your regular shoe size.

Prepare

Take a piece of paper and tape the paper to the floor, flush against a wall, preferably on hard flooring to ensure an accurate measurement. Place your foot on the paper with your heel directly against the wall.

Stand naturally

Stand tall with weight fully on the foot you’re measuring. Don’t sit as the foot spreads under load.

Trace your foot

Keep the pen vertical and trace around the foot. If possible, ask someone to help for accuracy.

Measure from heel to longest point

Take a measurement in centimetres from the back of heel to the longest toe (may be big or second toe).

Repeat for both feet

Feet differ, always use the longer measurement.

How To Measure

For the most accurate results, measure yourself in your underwear.

Neck:

Measure around the base of your neck, inserting your forefinger between the tape and your neck to allow ease in fit.

Chest:

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping tape firmly under your armpits and around your shoulder blades.

Sleeve Length:

With arm slightly bent, start from the center of the back of your neck and measure across your shoulder, down to your elbow, then to your wrist bone.

Waist:

Measure around your waist, slightly below your natural waist, where you normally wear your bottoms. Insert your forefinger between the tapes and your body to allow ease of fit.

Hip:

Measure around the fullest part of your hips, inserting your forefinger between the tape and your hip to allow ease of fit.

Inseam:

Measure a similar bottom that fits you well. Measure along the inseam, from the crotch seam to the bottom of the hem.

If your measurements are in between those listed in the size chart, pick the next larger size.
