Technology

4MM

Saucony 4mm Technology

Shoes with a 4mm heel-to-toe offset deliver a more natural ride, letting your feet and body do more work while relying less on the shoes’ cushioning and stability features.

FLEXFILM

Saucony Flexfilm Technology

A strong, lightweight material is melded to the upper, which allows for fewer layers in the shoe. The result is a seamless, flexible feel.

IBR+

Saucony iBR+ Technology

iBR+ is a supremely lightweight but durable outsole rubber that enhances your shoe’s other cushioning elements.

Comfortable sneaker I just took these sneakers out of the box a few hours ago and have been wearing them around the house for a bit of a break in period......as other reviews have stated, these are a bit more narrow, even narrower than the A5 that i still have and love......but, for me, they are very comfortable so far....and i think the more I wear them, they might "give" a bit...I love the color of these sneakers...I wear nothing but Saucony......not only for running/walking but also for work, as I'm on my feet all day and the comfort of all my Saucony's are the best.......I do not recommend this particular sneaker if you have a wider foot tho.

PLEASE don't discontinue this shoe! I LOVE this shoe. I've been running for many years with many different shoes. But when I put this one on, I feel faster. They are lightweight and durable. I do think they take some getting use to if you have been wearing a high support shoe. It would be smart to run shorter distances in them to strengthen your foot at first. I wear them for short runs up to marathons and I love the way I feel faster and stronger in them. I am worried they are discontinuing this shoe... having a hard time finding it and getting it.

BRING BACK THE A5 Maybe the a5 spoiled me for all other shoes. This shoe probably works for some people, but I can't wear it for more than 8 (okay, maybe 10) miles without hating my feet. The a5, on the other hand, has taken me through marathons and the occasional 50K. The a6 is way too narrow and the upper is too stiff to stretch to accommodate my forefoot. I strongly dislike them.

Love these A friend recommended these shoes for track workouts and short races (no more than 5K...although she ran 1200 miles in her first pair. She contributes that to her stress fracture). I WISH I could run in these all the time. But they're not designed for that. They're stylish, which is great. They're sooooo light but still provide some support/cushioning. I feel like Hermes in them. I ordered an 8, which is my size for EVERYTHING. But they were way too small. I replaced them with an 8.5, and while there is some room in the toes, it hasn't affected my running (yet - I've only run 7 miles in them, including 3 miles for a speed workout). I have a feeling I'll order these again and again. I do wish that for a shoe with such a short life span they were a little cheaper. It's hard to pay $100 for a shoe that will maaaaybe last 250-300 miles when I pay the same amount for shoes that last 400 (and probably have more life in them). But so far I'm hooked and love the color.
