Overpronation Running Shoes

If you overpronate, you roll your ankle in as you walk or run. Overpronation causes your shoes to wear on the inner side of the heel and forefoot and can lead to pain in your knees, shins, and ankles.

Saucony has overpronation running shoes, often called stability running shoes, that provide underfoot contouring, so your feet sit deeper into the footbed and allow the shoes to hug your feet for a more supportive feel top to bottom. Another part of the comfort formula for running shoes is cushioning so you’ll want to shop for Saucony cushioned running shoes. If you don’t overpronate but instead roll your ankle out so that your shoes wear on the outside of your foot, you need shoes for supination.
