Best Kinvara ever - by , Jan 29, 2019

Love this show. Good cushioning for long runs, but still fast and light for track work outs and racing. Love it.

Awesome shoe - by , Jan 26, 2019

This shoe is amazing! It’s truly a hybrid “jack of all trade shoes”. Only feedback that I would recommend is to add rubber on the forefoot. I burn through the shoes since I am a baby supinatior. I highly recommend this shoe!

Great performance at a great price point - by , Jan 23, 2019

I have owned and ran in shoes produced by most major competitors: Brooks (Adrenaline, Levitate, Levitate 2), Nike (Airmax 360), Adidas (Ultra Boost), Reebok, Asics (Quantum 360), and Mizuno (Waverider). From each company my item of choice has been the highest price point - assuming that I would get what I pay for in terms of durability and performance. While that has been routinely accurate, none of those shoes have provided what the Kinvara 10 provides for me personally. My purchases have been for knee support (I was a collegiate catcher) or for weight once the more supportive shoes caused significant pain and were simply too heavy. While one reviewer complains about the traction of the shoe (consider this person ran on ice and in difficult conditions) and another complained of the shoes width, I would not let that assuage you from purchasing this shoe. I possess narrow feet so you may need to purchase an extended width, but otherwise this shoe runs true to size. The additions in the heel allow for the foot to stay stationary within the foot bed when compared to the other aforementioned products I have used where I would tie the shoes incredibly tight to receive the same result (again due to my personal foot structure). Each stride is light and springy, a mixture of weight and support that I've been looking for in a product for quite some time. This is the first purchase I have made of a Saucony product - but I can assure you that this won't be my last.

Great runner, but.... - by , Jan 22, 2019

I really like the shoe as a runner. Super light weight and comfortable. My only issue is a cosmetic one. I have the white shoe with red soles. If the red sole comes in contact with the white part of the shoe red is all over the white. I’ve had to scrub them a few times already to try and get the red out. Not real happy with having to do that especially since they are only a few weeks old.

Sizing Way Too Small - by , Jan 19, 2019

Tried them on once and returned them the next day. Sizing ran very small (both length and width). Would not buy again.

Nice, “However” - by , Jan 18, 2019

I have been loyal to Saucony for over 30 years, however my feeling is the design group is simply over designing. I appreciate you finally eliminating the goofy tabs, but now add the little dodads in the heel-“Why”? This is a recipe for blisters! Saucony please go back to what made you, nice toe box / snug heel!

Great update to an already stellar shoe - by , Jan 17, 2019
5/ 5 Stars
The 10 is a strong update. I had not run in the Kinvara 9, but had logged many miles in the 8. In fact, the 8 had become one of my favorite shoes; it fit my foot snuggly and was super responsive. Before I ran in the 10, I almost sent it back. The fit wasn't quite the same--the shoe seemed longer, and I didn't know how I felt about the heel lock. But instead of sending them back, I tried them out and have been very impressed. I'm also a big fan of the color options, especially the white/red, though I imagine the white uppers will get dirty pretty quickly. All in all, the 10 is a great update.

This is a good, good looking shoe. - by , Jan 16, 2019

This is a good, good looking shoe. It didn’t work very well for me since I am pretty flat footed and need more support. Even so I recognize it as a solid shoe, and one that I would have loved under different circumstances. The retro red and white color looks way better in person than it does in the pictures.

Great Kinvara Update But Not Perfect - by , Jan 16, 2019
4/ 5 Stars
I have had just about every generation of Kinvara minus gen 1 and gen 6. The shoe is great and delivers much of the feel and performance you expect from a Kinvara. I would agree with some other reviews that it runs just a touch big and not as spot on as I would like. I think the heel lock system is a big improvement and provides great security for a snug fit. Other reviews note that long laces, which I agree and I've already replaced them with a bungie system. One area I'm disappointed is grip, the shoes just tend to slip and not hold the pavement to the degree I would like; I learned this first hand on a wet run more recently where I slipped and fell after a very modest cut/turn in direction; might as well have been on ice.

Just got these because I liked the 9 so much. The toe box is roomy, and bigger. They feel much more stable to me. I would absolutely recommend them!
